the problem
The supply chain from factory to store ran blind. Prices got inflated, and some product slipped through gray-market channels.
what we built
We built an app with roles for the factory, dealer, supplier, and store. The system collects requests from stores and routes them to the nearest suppliers, taxi-dispatch style. Strict controls filter out bad-faith participants.
the result
Logistics are fully transparent. Goods move by the optimal route, and gray-market schemes are shut out.
