A CRM for a school with a smart Telegram bot. It understands voice messages and fills in the client database and schedule on its own.
the problem
The admin booked students into a spreadsheet. Times, dates, and payments got mixed up. Search barely worked, and rescheduling was a guessing game.
what we built
We built a web app with the right fields and search, then added a bot on top. You tell it 'book Alina for physics on Tuesday,' and it understands the request, finds the right fields, and prepares the booking.
the result
The admin now just reviews and confirms. It saves a huge amount of time and takes human error out of the process.
