An inventory system for electronics stores. It automates stocktaking and replies to customers on Telegram on its own.
the problem
Large stores at the market kept records in notebooks. Customers waited a long time for replies, and there was no real sales analytics.
what we built
We built a tablet-based platform for inventory and sales, and connected an AI model to the store's account. A customer asks for a cheaper phone, the system checks stock and suggests options on its own. We also added an internal exchange for stores to trade inventory with each other.
the result
Customers get an instant reply. Sellers see accurate stats and easily trade stock with neighboring stores.
